A Japanese patrol vessel sighted this fishing vessel in the Convention area at 25˚42'03N, 147˚11'02E on April 15, 2019. This vessel apparently had just finished as the gear was wet. the vessel name, which was not registered on the NPFC vessel registry, was erased deliberately. MMSI 412123526
