Consideration of payment to the Executive Assistant

This paper is based on a request from the NPFC Executive Assistant (EA) regarding retroactive payment of a pension contribution based on differential approaches to pension payments between the two General Service staff. EA contribution rate to her retirement/pension was lower than other General Service staff. The EA is asking for consideration of retroactively applying the agreed approach.
