This Rev.1 reflects some editorial updates to the document to identify the sources of response information from Members. It also provides additional updated information received from China, in Draft CR Supp. Doc.1 Rev. 1, which replaces the original “Google Translate” version with an official translation of the correspondence dated 26 March 2026 (these may be found at Lines18,33,36,40,44,52,56 and 60). 

A Draft CR Supp. Doc.2 contains additional correspondence from China received on 30 March 2026. (Excerpts may be found at Lines 34,37,45,53,57 and 61). 

This report presents the NPFC 2025 Draft Compliance Report, which identifies areas of potential non-compliance for the 85 obligations listed in Annex II of the Compliance Monitoring Scheme (CMM 2025-13).
