The attached document is the NPFC 2026 Provisional IUU Vessel List for consideration by COM10.
This list is being forwarded by TCC09 in accordance with CMM 2024-02, paragraph 20. This list contains one proposed addition (Vessel #5 as identified in the Draft IUU List) as recommended by TCC and a second vessel (Vessel #3 as identified in the Draft IUU List) where TCC09 was unable to come to consensus.
Details of the alleged infractions and the Members’ responses are contained in the attached summary document, and Members are encouraged to visit the e-IUU webpage (Provisional IUU Vessel List | NPFC) for additional specifics.
