The attached document is the NPFC 2026 CURRENT IUU Vessel List for consideration by COM10.
The Commission is requested to consider amendments proposed by TCC09 to the current IUU Vessel List by removing the photographs of the legitimate, authorized Chinese vessels (Vessels numbered 17 to 23 in the following list) and task the Secretariat to amend any incorrect text descriptions on the current NPFC IUU Vessel List that were based on the photographs of the legitimate, authorized Chinese vessels.
The background information was presented in a TCC09 information paper (NPFC-2026-TCC09-IP08).
This document should be considered alongside the Provisional IUU Vessel List and the TCC09 report.
