Abstract: Japan has proposed amendments to CMM 2023-08. They note that they understand that COM08 will select a harvest control rule (HCR) from the list provided by the Small Working Group Management Strategy Evaluation (NPFC-2024-SWG MSE PS05-Final Report). Once a HCR is selected by COM08, the HCR would be included in the annex of this proposal.
