As outlined to Members in Circular 30/2024 the full report (meeting text adopted at COM08 combined with the annexes) is available for Member review. The annexes reflect the decisions made in COM08 and thus are cleared of track changes other than where a third party (e.g., regarding the MOU) are still required to agree to the COM08 decision. Circular 030/2024 identifies two editorial changes for Member's attention.
