Secretariat - CONSIDERATIONS OF THE PERFORMANCE REVIEW
The NPFC Commission, through an intersessional decision-making process after COM06, agreed to conduct a performance review, determine its terms of reference and agree to the composition of the review panel. This review will be presented to the Commission (as WP02) for its consideration. This working paper outlines some approaches on how the Commission may consider the recommendations and identify a means for their implementation, if agreed to by Members.
