CMM 2018-01 On Information Requirements for Vessel Registration

This paper is the result of discussions by the SWG Vessel Register including comments received up to the 28 May 2018.  The revisions address the direct entry vessel registration system by Members, including mandatory data elements for system acceptance; vessel identification and marking, including the requirements for IMO numbers; and the responsibility of Members with respect to the chartering of another Member’s carrier vessel, or such other arrangements whereby one Member’s vessels comes under the responsibility of another Member.

The CMM is in track changes to facilitate review and discussion at TCC03.
