FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE

Consideration from Members is requested on two updates:
1. To align the Terms of Reference (TOR) with other subsidiary bodies, the number of 2 year cycles that the Chair is able to hold is changed from 2 to 3. This aligns with SC and TCC TOR.
2. The FAC TOR has not been updated since COM02 and still refers to the 2/3 majority of 4 at the inception of the NPFC with 6 Members (Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Russia, Chinese Taipei). Members are asked to consider updating this figure to 2/3 or deleting it all together and be governed by the Rules of Procedure and Convention texts.
Members are also asked if they want to consider further updates to the text at this time.
