As requested by the Chair and discussed on the floor at TCC09, this document contains the list of obligations in Annex 2 of CMM 2025-13 with proposed updates identified as follows:
Abstract Rev. 1
This revision removes the previously proposed revision to the chapeau of Annex II, the proposed removal of provisions of 2025-03 On Transshipments related to observer coverage and also removes the proposed provisions of 2025-17 Transshipment Observer Program from the list of obligations to be assessed.
The only remaining changes proposed are the addition of paragraphs 34 and 37 of CMM 2024-09 on High Seas Boarding and Inspection. These proposed additions are highlighted in yellow on pages 4 and 5.
