NPFC Transshipment Observer Program: Inaugural Training and Deployment

On Monday, 30 March 2026, MRAG Asia Pacific—together with Shanghai Ocean University—successfully launched the inaugural Transshipment Observer Training Program, welcoming 40 prospective observers into this important new initiative.
The first deployment is scheduled for 3 April, marking a major milestone in supporting monitoring and transparency of transshipment activities across the NPFC Convention Area. 
A huge congratulation to all participants and organizers for bringing this program to life in just four short months. We look forward to the valuable data and progress this effort will generate throughout 2026 and beyond.
