REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - NPFC Transshipment Observer Program

The North Pacific Fisheries Commission (NPFC) is inviting expressions of interest from qualified observer service providers to deliver a Regional Transshipment Observer Program for implementation by April 2026. 
Interested parties are invited to review the attached document which outlines the scope of work, expectations, and minimum qualifications required of the selected contractor. The program is expected to provide trained, independent observers and a supporting infrastructure capable of monitoring transshipment operations to ensure compliance with NPFC conservation and management measures.
Interested parties are invited to submit an expression of interest by 27 May 2025, demonstrating their capacity and relevant operational experience
