Information paper submitted by China

The attached information paper is submitted by China to report information from its investigation into the activities of the carrier vessel WAN TONG (previously named ZHONG FU HAO 11 and later AN TON) conducted following the TCC07 and China’s commitment to follow up as outlined in paragraph 70 of NPFC-2024-TCC07 Final Report. The paper describes the engagement of Chinese industry and officials with the vessel since May 2023 and has attached cutting certificates to support the claim that the vessel has been scrapped in Bangladesh in 2024.
