Proposal for revisions to CMM 2024-02 for IUU
This working paper seeks to amend the drafting of the NPFC CMM related to the IUU Vessel List to clarify the implementation of certain provisions and strengthen its effectiveness as a tool to combat and deter IUU fishing in the NPFC Convention Area.
