Report on Existing Observer Programs of NPFC Members and Those of other RFMOs
This document was presented at SC03 for information on the current NPFC observer programs and also provides data on existing observer programs in other RFMOs. The intent is to commence work on the establishment of a NPFC Observer Program in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 2. (b) of the Convention.
