Request for Proposal for NPFC Regional VMS
Document Abstract
The North Pacific Fisheries Commission (NPFC) is calling a Request for Proposal (RFP) for software services to support the NPFC Vessel Monitoring System (VMS). NPFC invites proposals from qualified companies to provide the services as outlined in the RFP.
